BREAKING: Akpugo Ward 3 Debunks Alleged Suspension of Chief Uche Nnaji, Describes Letter as Fake

The leadership of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Akpugo Ward 3, Nkanu West Local Government Area of Enugu State, has strongly refuted the purported suspension of Chief Uche Nnaji, popularly known as Nwakaibie, describing the viral letter circulating online as fake, malicious, and politically motivated.

In a press statement dated Sunday, May 24, 2026, the ward leadership dismissed the alleged suspension letter as the handiwork of “desperate mischief makers” bent on causing confusion and tarnishing the image of the respected political figure.

According to the statement, the controversial publication did not originate from any recognized organ of the PDP in Akpugo Ward 3, insisting that it should be treated as null, void, and without any consequence.

The ward leadership maintained that the development was merely “the final kick of a dying horse” by individuals who have allegedly lost political relevance and public confidence.

Defending Chief Uche Nnaji, the statement described him as a committed party man, a respected leader, and a beacon of hope whose increasing popularity and acceptance across Enugu State have continued to unsettle political opponents and enemies of progress.

The PDP leadership in the ward further urged party faithfuls, supporters, and members of the public to disregard what it termed a “satanic publication from the pit of hell,” allegedly designed to mislead the people and create unnecessary tension within the party structure.

Reaffirming their loyalty to the party, the ward executives expressed total confidence in the PDP leadership structure while pledging their continued support for Chief Uche Nnaji, whom they described as a visionary leader committed to the unity, progress, and advancement of Enugu State.

The statement was jointly signed by the Chairman of PDP Akpugo Ward 3, Nnaji Ikenna Clement, and the Ward Secretary, Nwodo Emeka Daniel.
